Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Nurturly ("we", "us") is an AI revenue platform for South African service businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have over it under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). It covers both this waitlist page and the platform itself, since the same principles apply to both.
What we collect
On this waitlist page, we collect only your name and email address when you sign up. If you arrived from an ad, we also record which ad, campaign, and search term brought you here (standard advertising click and campaign identifiers) — this tells us which marketing is working and never contains personal information beyond what you separately submit in the form.
For businesses using the full Nurturly platform, we collect the minimum needed to nurture a lead on your behalf: a lead's name, contact details, and the content of conversations conducted through WhatsApp, web chat, or connected ad channels. We do not collect South African ID numbers or other special personal information as defined by POPIA.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
Waitlist signups are collected with your consent — you gave us your details voluntarily to be notified about early access. For leads nurtured through the platform on a client's behalf, every message sent requires its own recorded lawful basis (typically consent, or the lead's own initiation of contact) — never sent without one, and never as a blanket assumption.
How we use it
- To notify you about early access and platform launch.
- To understand which marketing channels and campaigns are effective, using campaign and click identifiers captured at signup.
- For active platform clients: to power AI-driven lead nurture, qualification, and the daily WhatsApp summary sent to the business owner.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run Nurturly, each only processing what's needed for their function:
- Airtable — stores waitlist signups.
- Anthropic — powers the AI conversations that nurture leads.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger) and Google — the channels through which leads and ads reach us, per each platform's own privacy terms.
We never sell personal information to third parties.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses your browser's local session storage (not third-party cookies) to remember which ad or campaign brought you here for the length of your visit, so a signup can be attributed correctly. If Google Ads conversion tracking is active, Google may set its own tracking cookies per its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Any lead nurtured through the platform can reply STOP to any message to immediately and permanently opt out of further contact on that channel. To make a request about your own data, email us — see Contact below.
Data retention
Waitlist signups are kept until launch or until you ask us to delete them. Lead and conversation data for platform clients is retained only as long as needed for the business relationship it supports, per each client's own agreement with us.
